摘 要:分子炼油理念主张从分子层次认识石油组成及转化规律,对石油加工过程优化、提高炼厂经济效益具有重大指导意义。通过梳理我国环烷基原油的资源分布、原油性质,概述了环烷基原油高附加值特种产品生产现状,分析了分子炼油理念下环烷基原油加工现状及对应优势,旨在为合理加工利用环烷基原油资源、充分发挥其材料属性、最大限度提升产品竞争力、实现环烷基原油分子定向合理利用目标提供建议。Molecular refining concept advocates the understanding of crude oil composition and transformation law from molecular level,which is of great significance in optimizing the petroleum processing and improving the economic efficiency of refineries.The resource distribution and properties of naphthenic crude oil in China are sorted out,the current situation of the production of high value-added special products from naphthenic crude oil is outlined,and the current situation of the processing of naphthenic crude oil under the molecular refining concept and the corresponding advantages are analyzed.It is aiming at providing suggestions for the rational processing and utilization of naphthenic crude oil,giving full play to its material properties,maximally enhancing the competitiveness of the products,and realizing the goal of the molecularly oriented and rational utilization.
