摘 要:使用新型的六碳大单体4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG)和丙烯酸(AA)为合成的主要原料,通过“共混”的合成方式,在自制的引发体系下制备了VPEG型聚羧酸减水剂,采用净浆流动度评价其对水泥浆的分散性能,采用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,最终确定了“共混”工艺的最优参数。结果表明:当反应温度为15℃,酸醚物质的量比为4∶1,引发剂用量为大单体质量的0.71%,链转移剂用量为大单体摩尔分数的8.24%时,合成出的VPEG型聚羧酸减水剂分散性能最佳。The VPEG-type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent was prepared by a homemade initiation system using a new six-carbon macromonomer 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether(VPEG)and acrylic acid(AA)as the main raw materials.Its dispersity for cement paste was evaluated by the fluidity of cement paste,and its structure was characterized by infrared spectrum.Finally,the optimal parameters of"blending"process were determined.The results showed that the best dispersion performance of VPEG-type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent was achieved when the reaction temperature was 15℃,the acid-ether ratio was 4∶1,the amount of initiator was 0.71%of macromonomer mass,and the amount of chain transfer agent was 8.24%of the molar amount of macromonomer.
