摘 要:制备了一种由氨基硅树脂、聚氨酯树脂、六氟钛酸、金属离子、缓蚀剂、流平剂混合成的硅烷钝化液,研究了不同种类的金属离子对钝化液耐腐蚀性能的影响,分别将加入Mn^(2+)、Ce^(3+)和Ni^(2+)的钝化液涂布于铝板表面,形成杂化膜,将涂覆杂化膜的铝板浸泡在质量分数3.5%NaCl溶液中数日,考察不同离子钝化液的耐腐蚀性。结果表明:含有Mn^(2+)的钝化液防腐效果比含Ce^(3+)和Ni^(2+)的钝化液效果好。通过IR、TGA、SEM、EIS等对杂化膜的形貌和结构进行表征,可知杂化膜与铝板表面形成了强有力的共价键且铝板表面形成的杂化膜光滑连续、耐高温和耐腐蚀。A silane passivation solution was prepared,which was composed of amino silicone resin,polyurethane resin,hexafluorotitanic acid,metal ions,corrosion inhibitor and leveling agent.The effects of different kinds of metal ions on the corrosion resistance of the passivation solution were studied.The passivation solution with Mn^(2+),Ce^(3+)and Ni^(2+)was respectively coated on the surface of aluminum plate to form a hybrid film.The aluminum plate coated with the hybrid film was immersed in mass fraction 3.5%NaCl solution for several days to investigate the corrosion resistance of different ionic passivation solutions.The corrosion resistance effect of passivation solution containing Mn^(2+)was better than that of passivation solution containing Ce^(3+)and Ni^(2+).At the same time,IR,TGA,SEM and EIS were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the hybrid film.It was seen that the hybrid film formed a strong covalent bond with the surface of the aluminum plate,and the hybrid film formed on the surface of the aluminum plate was smooth and continuous,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
