摘 要:铜锌硫化矿的浮选过程中,矿浆中必然存在一些金属离子或无机阴离子,矿物本身也可能会发生溶解而释放一些离子于矿浆中,影响矿物浮选。通过单矿物浮选实验,在烯丙基己基硫氨酯捕收剂体系下,考察了金属离子对黄铜矿、闪锌矿和黄铁矿浮选行为的影响。结果表明,在pH=2~12内,Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Fe^(2+)对黄铜矿浮选性能没有影响,Cu^(2+)对闪锌矿和黄铁矿浮选具有明显的活化作用,Fe^(3+)对闪锌矿的浮选性能没有影响。pH<11时,Ca^(2+)能够促进闪锌矿与捕收剂的作用,当pH为12时,Ca^(2+)对闪锌矿浮选具有抑制作用。pH<6时,Fe^(2+)对闪锌矿浮选没有影响,pH>6时,Fe^(2+)对闪锌矿浮选有一定的活化作用。Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Fe^(2+)对黄铁矿浮选有一定抑制作用,其中Ca^(2+)抑制作用最强。In the flotation process of copper zinc sulfide ore,there are some metal ions or inorganic anions in the slurry,and the mineral itself may also dissolve and release some ions in the slurry,affecting mineral flotation.In this article,the effect of metal ions on the flotation behavior of chalcopyrite,sphalerite,and pyrite in the system of allyl hexyl thiocarbamate collector was investigated through single mineral flotation experiments.The results indicated that within the pH range of 2~12,Ca^(2+),Fe^(3+)and Fe^(2+)had no effect on the flotation performance of chalcopyrite,Cu^(2+)had a significant activation effect on the flotation of sphalerite and pyrite,while Fe^(3+)had no effect on the flotation performance of sphalerite.When pH was below 11,Ca^(2+)could promote the interaction between sphalerite and collectors,and when pH was 12,Ca^(2+)had an inhibitory effect on sphalerite flotation.When pH was below 6,Fe^(2+)had no effect on the flotation of sphalerite,while when pH was higher than 6,Fe^(2+)had a certain activation effect on the flotation of sphalerite.Ca^(2+),Fe^(3+)and Fe^(2+)had a certain inhibitory effect on pyrite flotation,with Ca^(2+)having the strongest inhibitory effect.
