摘  要:通过筛选载体,优化活性配比,制备了丙烷脱氢工艺脱氯剂。优化了强度,得到了最佳强度和堆积密度的脱氯剂。建立了大粒度和原粒度的两种评价方法,考察了脱氯剂的脱氯效果。结合工况条件,考察了水含量,原料气的空速、洗油对脱氯效果的影响。The dechlorination agent for propane dehydrogenation process was prepared by screening the carrier and optimizing the activity ratio.The strength was optimized,and the dechlorination agent with the best strength and bulk density was obtained.Two evaluation methods of large particle size and original particle size were established,and the dechlorination effect of dechlorination agent was investigated.Combined with working conditions,the effects of water content,space velocity of feed gas and washing oil on dechlorination were investigated.
