摘 要:浓缩接受釜作为一种常用的化工设备,其内部固液悬浮均匀性对下游生产稳定性至关重要。应用多重参考系法和混合多相流模型对浓缩接受釜进行计算流体力学(CFD)模拟,分析了现有搅拌条件下固液悬浮状态,并探究了搅拌转速对固液悬浮的影响,最后提出了桨叶优化设计方案。果表明:现有3层斜叶桨轴流推动能力弱,无法在釜内形成主体循环,导致固液悬浮均匀性差,且通过增加搅拌转速无法满足生产要求。优选的双层轴流桨轴流推动能力强,可形成中心向下、边壁向上的主体循环流动,有效提高了釜内固液悬浮均匀性,保证了下游生产运行的稳定。Solid-liquid suspension uniformity in concentrate received stirred tank is the key factor to determine the stability of downstream operation.In the present work,the solid-liquid suspension process and the effect of stirred speed were simulated by computational fluid dynamics using multiple reference frame method and mixture multiphase flow model.The simulated results showed that the axial flow capacity of current three-layer agitator was not enough,leading to solid deposition.Besides,the non-uniform suspension condition was not be solved by increasing the stirred speed.Furthermore,an optimized two-layer axial agitator with strong axial flow capacity was proposed,which could satisfy efficient bulk circulation in the tank and relatively uniform distribution of solids.
