清热化痰方联合酚妥拉明治疗重症肺炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热化痰方联合酚妥拉明治疗重症肺炎患者的效果。方法:选择2022年6月—2023年6月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇七医院接诊的62例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各31例。对照组采用亚胺培南治疗,观察组采用清热化痰方联合酚妥拉明治疗,两组疗程均为1周。比较两组疗效、治疗前后炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)]水平及不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,观察组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、NE水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热化痰方联合酚妥拉明治疗重症肺炎患者效果显著,能降低炎症因子水平,且未增加不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Qingre Huatan Formula combined with Phentolamine in the treatment of patients severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 62 patients with severe pneumonia who admitted to the 907th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Imipenem,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with Phentolamine,two groups were treated for 1 week.The efficacy,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10),neutrophil elastase(NE)]levels before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and NE in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with Phentolamine has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors without increasing adverse reactions.
