摘　　要：目的:评估两种不同性状冰袋冷疗法对甲状腺微波消融手术患者的影响。方法:选取2023年1—11月江苏省原子医学研究所附属江原医院收治的102例甲状腺微波消融术患者。根据摸球法将其分为对照组(n=51,奇数)和观察组(n=51,偶数)。对照组给予冰块冰袋冷疗法,观察组给予冰水混合物冰袋冷疗法。比较两组时间指标,术后2 h、6 h、24 h疼痛程度,术后 2 h、6 h、24 h肿胀程度,并发症。结果:观察组疼痛消失时间及肿胀消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2 h、6 h、24 h的数字分级法(NRS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2 h、6 h、24 h的肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冰水混合物作为冰敷介质的冷疗法能有效减轻甲状腺微波消融术后患者的疼痛程度与肿胀程度,并减少并发症。Objective:To evaluate the effect of two different characters of ice pack cold therapy on patients undergoing microwave ablation surgery of thyroid.Method:A total of 102 patients with microwave thyroid ablation surgery treated in Jiangyuan Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu Institute of Nuclear Medicine from January to November 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=51,odd)and observation group(n=51,even)according to touch ball method.The control group was given ice block ice pack cold treatment,and the observation group was given ice-water mixture ice pack cold treatment.The time indexes,pain degree at 2 h,6 h and 24 h after surgery,swelling degree at 2 h,6 h and 24 h after surgery and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The time for pain and swelling to disappear in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The numeric rating scale(NRS)scores of observation group at 2 h,6 h and 24 h after surgery were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling degree of observation group at 2 h,6 h and 24 h after surgery were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cold therapy with ice-water mixture as icing medium can effectively reduce the pain and swelling degree of patients after microwave thyroid ablation surgery,and reduce complications.
