加味小青龙汤联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗成人鼻鼽患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味小青龙汤联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗成人鼻鼽的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年1月海安市中医院收治的102例成人鼻鼽患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各51例。对照组予以盐酸左西替利嗪治疗,观察组加用加味小青龙汤,持续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状积分、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、炎症因子水平、生活质量、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgE、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生理、心理、社会及环境领域评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.136,P=0.713)。结论:加味小青龙汤联合盐酸左西替利嗪可提高成人鼻鼽治疗效果,加快临床症状消失,降低血清IgE、炎症因子水平,有助于减轻疾病对生活的影响。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride in the treatment of adult nasal allergy.Method:From January 2019 to January 2023,a total of 102 adult patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis were admitted to Hai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with each group consisting of 51 cases.The control group received treatment with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride,while the observation group treatment with modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction,both groups underwent a four-week treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group exhibited lower scores for nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal itching and sneezing than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the IgE,interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control,but interferon-γ(IFN-γ)was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical,psychological,social and environmental fields in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride can improve the treatment effect of adult nasal allergy,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce serum IgE and inflammatory factor levels,alleviate the impact of the disease
