摘　　要：目的:分析在无创呼吸机治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发呼吸衰竭患者中开展医护一体化照护方案的效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年12月盐城市第一人民医院接诊的88例行无创呼吸机治疗的COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者为观察对象,通过随机数表法分观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组采用常规性护理方案,观察组采用医护一体化照护方案。比较两组无创呼吸机治疗遵医行为依从率、治疗总有效率、血气分析相关指标。结果:观察组无创呼吸机治疗遵医行为依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的氧分压(PaO_(2))、氧饱和度(SaO_(2))高于对照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化照护方案应用于无创呼吸机治疗的COPD并发呼吸衰竭患者,可提高患者的遵医行为及治疗效果,改善血气分析相关指标。Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated medical care program on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients complicated with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator.Method:A total of 88 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator in Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were regarded as the observation objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group implemented the routine nursing program.The observation group used integrated medical care program.The compliance rate of noninvasive ventilator treatment,treatment total effective rate,blood gas analysis related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The compliance rate of noninvasive ventilator treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated medical care program in COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure treated by interventional noninvasive ventilator can improve the compliance behavior of patients,improve the treatment effect and improve the related indexes of blood gas analysis.
