小针刀治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)用针刀治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年9月福建省中医药科学院门诊接收的76例女性SUI患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受小针刀治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、尿失禁(UI)主观分度和尿垫试验指标情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组UI主观分度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组尿垫试验指标得分均降低,且观察组尿垫试验指标得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性SUI与控尿相关的盆底肌损伤、神经受到卡压有关,小针刀治疗可以修复盆底肌,解除控尿的神经卡压。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupotomy on female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Method:76 female patients with stress urinary incontinence who were treated in the outpatient department from March 2019 to September 2021 in Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Outpatient Department were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the random number table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received small needle knife treatment on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,subjective classification of urinary incontinence and urine pad test indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the subjective score of urinary incontinence in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the urinary pad test scores of both groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the urine cushion test indicators in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Female stress urinary incontinence is related to pelvic floor muscle injury and nerve entrapment related to continence.Small needle knife treatment can repair pelvic floor muscle and relieve nerve entrapment related to continence.
