调神法针刺治疗干眼症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析调神法针刺治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月福州东南眼科医院金山新院收治的60例干眼症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用调神法针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分,治疗1个月时的泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度、症状消失时间以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月时,观察组中医症候积分低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,泪河高度高于对照组,症状消失时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调神法针刺可明显改善干眼症的中医症候积分,同时显著加快其恢复速度,降低不良反应发生率,临床疗效良好。Objective:To analyse the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of dry eye disease by regulating spirit.Method:60 patients with dry eye admitted to Jinshan New Hospital of Fuzhou Southeast Eye Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture therapy based on this.The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the time of tear film rupture,the height of lacrimal river,the time of symptom disappearance and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the tear film rupture time was longer than that of the control group,the lacrimal river height was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom disappearance time was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychosomatic acupuncture can obviously improve the TCM syndrome score of dry eye,accelerate its recovery speed,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have good clinical effect.
