摘  要:目的:探讨呼吸与危重症医学科护理风险管理对重症肺炎行机械通气患者的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月南华大学附属第二医院收治的100例重症肺炎行机械通气患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行护理风险管理干预。评估两组血气分析指标、护理风险事件、机械通气时间和住院时间。结果:护理后,观察组动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度均高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组护理风险事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组机械通气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症肺炎行机械通气患者采用护理风险管理,能够有效减少不良事件的发生,改善血气分析指标,缩短机械通气时间和住院时间。Objective:To explore the effects of nursing risk management in respiratory and critical care medicine on patients with severe pneumonia undergoing mechanical ventilation.Method:100 eligible patients with severe pneumonia receiving mechanical ventilation admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing risk management.Blood gas analysis indicators,nursing risk events,duration of mechanical ventilation and length of hospital stay were evaluated in both groups.Result:After nursing,the partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen and saturation of arterial blood oxygen in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the fraction of arterial blood carbon dioxide was lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management for patients with severe pneumonia undergoing mechanical ventilation can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve blood gas analysis indexes and shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay.
