温泉浸浴联合他克莫司软膏、地奈德乳膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效观察及5E护理经验总结

摘　　要：目的 探究温泉浸浴联合他克莫司软膏、地奈德乳膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效并总结5E护理经验。方法 选取128例神经性皮炎患者,随机分为对照组与联合治疗组,各64例。对照组患者应用地奈德乳膏治疗,联合治疗组患者接受温泉浸浴联合他克莫司软膏、地奈德乳膏治疗。对比两组患者治疗4周后的治疗效果以及治疗前后的神经性皮炎症状评分。结果 联合治疗组患者治疗总有效率(92.19%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗前与治疗后神经性皮炎症状评分分别为(4.45±0.52)、(2.57±1.26)分,联合治疗组患者治疗前与治疗后神经性皮炎症状评分分别为(4.27±0.85)、(1.09±0.46)分。治疗前,两组患者的神经性皮炎症状评分对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组患者的神经性皮炎症状评分与对照组患者相比更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温泉浸浴联合他克莫司软膏、地奈德乳膏治疗神经性皮炎,具有明显的治疗效果,且具有较好的安全性,有利于患者恢复,减少患者的痛苦,值得临床上推广及使用。Objective To explore the efficacy of hot spring bathing combined with tacrolimus ointment and desonide cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis and summarize the 5E nursing experience.Methods 128 patients with neurodermatitis were selected and divided into a control group and a comprehensive treatment group,each group with 64 patients.The control group received treatment of desonide cream,and the comprehensive treatment group received hot spring bathing combined with tacrolimus ointment and desonide cream.The therapeutic effect after 4 weeks of treatment,and neurodermatitis symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive treatment group(92.19%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurodermatitis symptom scores of patients in the control group were(4.45±0.52)and(2.57±1.26)points before and after treatment,and those in the comprehensive treatment group were(4.27±0.85)and(1.09±0.46)points before and after treatment.Before treatment,the comparison of neurodermatitis symptom scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurodermatitis symptom scores of patients in the comprehensive treatment group were lower compared with those of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot spring bathing combined with tacrolimus ointment and desonide cream for the treatment of neurodermatitis has obvious therapeutic effect and good safety,which is conducive to the recovery of the patients and reduces the pain of the patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
