心宝丸用于房颤消融术后病态窦房结综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察心宝丸用于心房颤动(房颤)消融术后病态窦房结综合征(SSS)的疗效。方法 根据随机对照试验标准,采用双盲法纳入60例房颤消融术后病态窦房结综合征(窦缓、交界性逸搏心律、窦性停搏等)患者,术后依据治疗方案不同将患者分为空白对照组、安慰剂组和心宝丸干预组,各20例。空白对照组给予常规治疗,安慰剂组在常规治疗基础上给予安慰剂治疗,心宝丸组在常规治疗基础上给予心宝丸治疗。比较三组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及干预后第1、6个月临床相关指标。结果 心宝丸干预组、安慰剂组、空白对照组总有效率分别为95.00%、70.00%、70.00%,不良反应发生率分别为5.00%、10.00%、10.00%。三组总有效率相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且心宝丸干预组治疗总有效率高于安慰剂组、空白对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组不良反应发生率相比,无显著差异性(P>0.05)。干预后第1个月,三组平均心率、最慢心率、最快心率、24 h总心率变化、窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)、校正窦房结恢复时间(CSNRT)、窦房传导时间(SACT)、生存质量评分比较,无显著差异性(P>0.05)。干预后第6个月,三组平均心率、最慢心率、最快心率、24 h总心率变化、SNRT、CSNRT、SACT、生存质量评分相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且心宝丸干预组平均心率、最慢心率、最快心率、24 h总心率变化、SNRT、CSNRT、SACT、生存质量评分均优于空白对照组及安慰剂组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 房颤消融术后病态窦房结综合征患者实施心宝丸口服治疗,可显著地提升治疗效果,改善平均心率、最慢心率、最快心率、24 h总心率变化、SNRT、CSNRT、SACT变化、生存质量,效果理想。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinbao Pill on sick sinus syndrome(SSS)after atrial fibrillation ablation.Methods According to the criteria of the randomized controlled trial,60 patients with sick sinus syndrome(sinus bradycardia,junctional escape rhythm,sinus arrest,etc.)after atrial fibrillation ablation were collected by double-blind method.After surgery,they were divided into a blank control group,a placebo group,and a Xinbao Pill intervention group based on different treatment plans,with 20 patients in each group.The blank control group was given conventional treatment,the placebo group was given placebo treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the Xinbao Pill intervention group was given Xinbao Pill treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and clinical indicators after 1 and 6 months of intervention were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of Xinbao Pill intervention group,placebo group and blank control group were 95.00%,70.00%and 70.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions were 5.00%,10.00%and 10.00%.Comparison of the total effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of Xinbao Pill intervention group was higher than that of placebo group and blank control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).1 month after intervention,there were no significant differences in terms of average heart rate,slowest heart rate,fastest heart rate,24-h total heart rate change,sinus node recovery time(SNRT),corrected sinus node recovery time(CSNRT),sinoatrial conduction time(SACT),and quality of life score among the three groups(P>0.05).6 months after intervention,comparison of the mean heart rate,slowest heart rate,fastest heart rate,24 h total heart rate change,SNRT,CSNRT,SACT and quality of life score of the three groups were statistically significant(
