冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病冠状动脉支架植入术后联用脑心通胶囊的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者冠状动脉支架植入术后联用脑心通胶囊治疗的效果。方法 1200例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各600例。两组患者均行冠状动脉支架植入术,对照组患者术后实施常规西药治疗,观察组患者术后在对照组基础上联合脑心通胶囊治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果 对照组治疗显效220例(36.67%),有效280例(46.67%),无效100例(16.67%),总有效率为83.33%;观察组治疗显效250例(41.67%),有效330例(55.00%),无效20例(3.33%),总有效率为96.67%。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(1.67%)低于对照组(10.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病冠状动脉支架植入术后联合脑心通胶囊治疗的效果更好,患者的症状明显改善,不良反应明显减少,值得临床应用推广。Objective To observe the effect of Naoxintong capsule on patients after coronary stenting for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods 1200 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 600 patients in each group.Both groups underwent coronary stenting,on this basis,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Naoxintong capsule based on the control group.The treatment effect and the probability of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,220 cases(36.67%)were significantly effective in treatment,280 cases(46.67%)were effective,and 100 cases(16.67%)were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 83.33%;in the observation group,250 cases(41.67%)were significantly effective in treatment,330 cases(55.00%)were effective,and 20 cases(3.33%)were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.67%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups,the observation group(1.67%)was lower than the control group(10.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong Capsule has good effect on patients after coronary stenting for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,and can obviously improve the symptoms of patients and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
