头孢米诺在感染患者中的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析临床使用头孢米诺治疗感染的价值。方法 92例感染患者,采用掷硬币法进行分组,分为比照组和试验组,每组46例。比照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用注射用头孢米诺钠治疗。比较两组炎症指标(C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α),临床疗效,不良反应发生情况,满意率。结果 治疗前,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于治疗前,且试验组C反应蛋白(5.81±1.09)mg/L、白细胞介素-6(42.97±5.01)pg/ml、肿瘤坏死因子-α(51.96±8.29)pg/ml均低于比照组的(7.42±1.23)mg/L、(54.06±8.47)pg/ml、(67.31±9.95)pg/ml(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率为97.83%高于比照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率2.17%低于比照组的15.22%(P<0.05)。试验组总满意率95.65%高于比照组的80.43%(P<0.05)。结论 头孢米诺对感染患者而言疗效好,能防控不良反应,强化抗炎机制,可加快炎症病变的康复,提升患者满意率。Objective To analyze the value of clinical application of cefminox in the treatment of infection.Methods A total of 92 infected patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group by coin tossing method,each consisting of 46 patients.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received cefminox for injection treatment.The inflammatory markers(C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α),clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere not different among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin both groups were lower than those before treatment;the experimental group had C-reactive protein of(5.81±1.09)mg/L,interleukin-6 of(42.97±5.01)pg/ml,and tumor necrosis factor-αof(51.96±8.29)pg/ml,which were lower than(7.42±1.23)mg/L,(54.06±8.47)pg/ml,and(67.31±9.95)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of 97.83%in the experimental group was higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 2.17%in the experimental group was lower than 15.22%in comparison group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of 95.65%in the experimental group was higher than 80.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefminox has good curative effect on infected patients,and can prevent and control adverse reactions,strengthens anti-inflammatory mechanisms,which may accelerate recovery from inflammatory lesions and enhance patient satisfaction.
