摘 要:葫芦素选煤厂采用传统重力传感器防撕裂检测装置监测带式输送机撕裂问题,检测精度低,易造成输送带撕裂或划伤,对于后续工序的生产造成严重影响。为解决问题,提出采用基于光学的带式输送机防撕裂智能检测装置,可实时监测设备状态,提供报警信息,及时发现故障隐患,避免设备故障扩大化,提高生产效率,延长设备寿命,提高设备运行可靠性。Hulusi Coal Preparation Plant uses traditional gravity sensor anti tear detection device to monitor the tearing problem of belt conveyor,which has low detection accuracy and is prone to causing belt tearing or scratching,which seriously affects the production of subsequent processes.To solve the problem,it is proposed to adopt an optical based intelligent detection device for anti tearing of belt conveyors,which can monitor the equipment status and alarm information in real time,detect potential faults in a timely manner,avoid the expansion of equipment failures,improve production efficiency,extend equipment life,and enhance equipment operation reliability.
