摘 要:唐山矿选煤厂原粗精煤泥回收工艺为“振动弧形筛+立式煤泥离心机”,存在着粗精煤灰分高、水分高等问题;采用“三质体智能脱泥细筛+卧式刮刀煤泥离心机”煤泥回收新工艺对粗精煤泥回收系统进行改造;改造后粗精煤泥灰分、水分双达标,且提高了精煤回收率,工艺效果显著提高,达到了提质、降本、增效的目标。The original coarse fine coal slurry recovery process of Coal Processing Plant of Tangshan mine is“vibrating seive bend+vertical coal slurry centrifuge”,which has the problems of high ash content and high moisture content.After improvement of the coarse fine coal slurry recovery system,the new process of coal slurry recovery adopts“three mass elasticity system intelligent desliming fine grain size screen+horizontal scraper coal slurry centrifuge”.After the improvement of the system,the coarse fine coal slurry ash,moisture all meet the product standard requirements,at meantimeit improves the recovery rate and process effect of fine coal,the transformation goals of improving quality,reducing costs and increasing efficiency were achieved.
