摘 要:宁煤枣泉选煤厂洗精煤产品具有低灰、低硫、低挥发分的特点,以往洗精煤主要用于煤制油和煤化工,未能实现产品的深度利用,为了开拓市场、挖掘产品内在潜力,枣泉选煤厂通过技术工艺改造,内部挖潜,生产可作为炼焦配煤使用的优质原料煤。选煤厂原有工艺流程通过提高操作技能,合理搭配矿井原煤,只能加工出“宁煤特优-3”精煤产品,为提高经济效益,实现品牌效益化,必须进行必要的工艺流程改造,以实现生产“宁煤特优-2”或“宁煤特优-1”精煤产品。结合原有工艺流程和煤质特点,提出将末煤系统两产品工艺流程改为三产品工艺流程,将原有精煤产品中的中煤、粗煤泥单独分离出来的改造方案。改造后新增的中煤和原系统粗煤泥一并掺入选末煤产品,可实现降低精煤产品灰分,满足末煤系统生产特优系列精煤产品的工艺要求。The cleaned coal products from the Zaoquan Coal Washing Plant in the Washing and Selection Center have the characteristics of low ash,low sulfur,and low volatility.In the past,cleaned coal was mainly sent to coal to oil and coal chemical industry for fuel coal,but the deep utilization of the products has not been achieved.By exploring the market and tapping the inherent potential of the products,the Xinzaoquan Coal Washing Plant has undergone technological transformation and internal tapping,producing high-quality raw coal that can be used as coking coal.The original process flow of Zaoquan Coal Washing Plant can only produce“Ningmei Special You-3”clean coal products by improving operational skills and reasonably matching mine raw coal.In order to improve economic benefits and achieve brand benefits,necessary process flow transformation must be carried out to achieve the production of“Ningmei Special You-2”or“Ningmei Special You-1”clean coal products.Combined with the original process flow and coal quality characteristics,the transformation scheme is proposed to change the two product process flow of thefine coal system to the three product process flow,and separate the middling coal and coarse slime from the original clean coal product.The newly added middling coal and the coarse slime of the original system after the transformation are mixed into the final product,which can reduce the ash content of the clean coal product and meet the process requirements of the final coal system for producing super fine series of clean coal products.
