摘 要:介绍了南屯煤矿推行煤质及洗选精益对标创效管理,从井下源头、生产过程、管理机制入手,实施源头规划设计提资源回采率、过程管控精益生产稳煤质、洗选加工增精煤降煤泥、管理考核机制提效果等管理手段,形成了以指标结果为导向的精益生产管理模式,不仅提高了资源化利用水平和生产效率,优化了管控流程,加快了管理机制创新力,而且从根本上缓解了矿井资源匮乏、煤质变差的难题,助推了企业管理升级。This paper introduces the implementation of coal quality and washing lean standard and efficiency management in Nantun Coal Mine.Starting from the underground source,production process and management mechanism,it implements source planning and design to improve resource recovery rate,process control and lean production to stabilize coal quality,washing and processing to increase refined coal and reduce coal slime,and management assessment mechanism to improve effect,forming a lean production management model guided by index results.It not only improves the level of resource utilization and production efficiency,optimizes the control process,accelerates the innovation of the management mechanism,but also fundamentally alleviates the problem of the lack of mine resources and the deterioration of coal quality,and promotes the upgrading of enterprise management.
