摘  要:油页岩干馏后的固态副产品为油泥和废渣,油泥是危险废物,废渣产生量大,两者的后期处理均存在较大的难度。为保证油页岩产业的绿色发展,开展了干馏固体废弃物无害化处理技术研究。结果表明:通过快速固化成型及干馏提油技术、油-水-砂高效分离油泥处理技术,可实现油泥全部利用;通过多层防护的页岩干馏渣场零渗漏技术可保证废渣零污染储存,从而实现油页岩加工利用全过程高效清洁可控。The solid by-products of oil shale retorting are oil sludge and waste residue.Oil sludge is a dangerous waste.In order to ensure the green development of oil shale production,the research on harmless treatment technology of retorting solid waste was carried out.The results show that the sludge can be fully utilized by rapid solidification and distillation technology,oil-water-sand separation technology The zero leakage technology of shale retorting residue field with multi-layer protection can ensure the waste residue to be stored with zero pollution,thus realizing high efficiency,clean and controllable in the whole process of oil shale processing and utilization.
