摘 要:针对当前防空反导一体化指挥协同缺乏科学效能评估方法问题,构建了效能评估指标体系,构造了一个差值平方根直觉模糊熵,以此来确定评估指标权重和评估专家权重,运用改进的TOPSIS方法进行效能评估,并通过与传统的模糊综合评价方法对比分析,验证改进评估方法的科学性和可靠性,评估结果可为指战员提供作战辅助决策。Aiming at the lack of the scientific effectiveness evaluation methods for air defense and antimissile integrated command cooperation,an index system for effectiveness evaluation is set up.An intuitionistic fuzzy entropy of the difference square root was constructed to determine the weight of evaluation index and the weight of evaluation expert.The improved TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the effectiveness.The scientificity and reliability of the improved evaluation method were verified by comparing and analyzing with the evaluation result of the conventional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation result may provide the commanders with the operational assistance in decision-making.
