摘  要:基于培养基的碳氮比和透气性两方面开展鹿茸菇工厂化栽培配方的优化研究,通过比较6个栽培配方鹿茸菇的菌丝生长和出菇表现,筛选出最佳配方为H4,即粗木屑17%、细木屑18%、玉米芯20%、麸皮17%、玉米粉13%、豆皮5%、豆渣5%、营养土5%。在此配方下,菌丝30 d发满率为93.29%,菌皮形成时间为31 d,子实体产量为153.02 g/瓶(730 mL栽培瓶),生物学效率高达105.53%。In this paper,based on carbon-to-nitrogen ratio and the permeability of the culture medium,6 cultivation formulas were developed for the evaluation of mycelial growth and fruiting performance of Lypphyllum decastes.The results showed that H4 was the optimum formula,consisting of 17%coarse sawdust,,18%fine sawdust,20%corn cobs,17%wheat bran,13%cornmeal,5%soybean hulls,5%soybean residue,and 5%nutrient soil.Under this formula,the full bottle rate of mycelium on the 30th day was 93.29%,the time for the mycelium to form epidermis was 31 days,and the yield of the fruiting bodies was 153.02 g per bottle(730 mL cultivation bottles),achieving a biological efficiency of 105.53%.
