摘  要:连作障碍是红托竹荪(Dictyophora rubrovolvata)种植中的一个突出问题。为探究外施枯草芽孢杆菌、生物炭及生石灰等改良剂及添加新土等60种改良措施对红托竹荪菌丝生长的影响,通过盆栽试验,测定红托竹荪菌丝萌发时间、菌丝长势和菌丝浓密度等指标,综合评估各处理改良效果,筛选可消减红托竹荪连作障碍的土壤改良措施。结果表明,51种土壤改良措施均能改善连作对红托竹荪菌丝生长产生的不利影响,其中单独施加5%枯草芽胞杆菌·粉红粘帚霉菌剂(JKF5)、2%德沃多复合菌剂(JDW2)、2%生石灰(WYCa2)处理表现最好,经5%枯草芽胞杆菌·粉红粘帚霉菌剂处理后菌丝萌发时间、长势和浓密度与新土相当。Continuous cropping disorder is a prominent problem for the cultivation of Dictyophora rubrovolvata.In this paper,several indices,such as the time of mycelium germination,mycelium growth rate,and mycelium density,were used to investigate the effects of 60 soil improvement measures,including the external application of Bacillus subtilis,biochar and quicklime,and the addition of new soil,on the growth of mycelium of D.rubrovolvata.The results showed that 51 soil improvement measures could mitigate the adverse effects of continuous cropping on the growth of mycelium of D.rubrovolvata.The best performance was achieved by applying 5%Bacillus subtilis-pink sticky broom fungicide(JKF5),2%Dewodo composite fungicide(JDW2),and 2%quicklime(WYCa2)individually,and the treatment with 5%Bacillus subtilis-pink sticky broom fungicide resulted in mycelial germination time,growth rate,and density that were comparable to those observed with the addition of new soil.
