习近平文化思想引领网络文明建设的内在逻辑与实践进路

摘　　要：中国式现代化的大力推进和拓展,中华民族现代文明的建设,使网络文明建设的重要性和迫切性更加凸显。网络文明建设离不开习近平文化思想的引领。习近平文化思想回答了新时代文化建设的一系列重大问题,强调网络文明是中华民族现代文明的重要组成部分,网络文明建设是建设中华民族现代文明的内在要求。习近平文化思想的人民至上、建设中华民族现代文明的文化使命和“两个结合”根本要求,为网络文明建设提供了根本遵循、指明了方向和路径。以习近平文化思想引领新时代网络文明建设必须坚持党的领导,以多元主体凝聚强大合力,以法律、道德和技术等手段相融合实现网络文明建设良性发展,以向上、向善的网络文化涵育网络文明,构建亿万人民共同的网络精神家园,共享网络文明发展的成果。The vigorous promotion and expansion of Chinese path to modernization and the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation make the importance and urgency of the construction of network civilization more prominent.The construction of network civilization cannot be separated from the leadership of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought.Xi Jinping’s cultural thought answers a series of major questions about cultural construction in the new era,stressing that network civilization is an important part of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and that the construction of network civilization is an intrinsic requirement for the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation.The people first,the cultural mission of building a modern civilization for the Chinese nation and the fundamental requirement of“two combinations”of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought have provided fundamental guidelines,directions and paths for the construction of network civilization.To lead the construction of network civilization in the new era with Xi Jinping’s cultural thought,it is necessary to adhere to the leadership of the Party,gather strong synergy with multiple main bodies,realize the benign development of the construction of network civilization by integrating legal,ethical and technological means,cultivate network civilization with upward-looking and good-natured network culture,and build a common network spiritual home for hundreds of millions of people,so that they can share the fruits of the development of network civilization.
