摘　　要：世界一流大学的实践经验对于推进中国特色世界一流大学建设具有重要参考意义。通过构建“国家-世界-时代”等三个维度,分析世界一流大学的特征发现,其具有“立足本土,成为驱动国家现代化的引擎”“关注全球发展面临的挑战,彰显对人类文明价值的关怀”“传承传统,与时俱进”的特点。为发挥引领作用,世界一流大学从“根植本土面向全球,追求卓越的人才培养理念”“‘选-培-评’三位一体,提升师资队伍建设水平”“凝练学科优势与特色”“强化制度规范,提高资源配置效率”等方面强化保障举措,以提高“供给”质量。为此,中国特色世界一流大学的建设要“理性看待世界一流大学,把握中国建设世界一流大学发展的特殊性”“打造一流师资和一流学科,培养世界一流人才”“完善制度设计,探索科学的资源配置模式”。The practical experience of world-class universities is of great reference significance for advancing the construction of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.By constructing the three dimensions of"national-world-era",analyzing the characteristics of world-class universities,ifound that they are rooted in the local context,serving as engines driving national modernization;they pay attention to the challenges facing global development,demonstrating care for the values of human civilization;and they inherit traditions while keeping pace with the times.In order to play a leading role,world-class universities focus on rooting themselves in the local context while aiming for global excellence in talent cultivation;adopting an integrated approach of selection,cultivation,and evaluation to enhance the level of faculty construction;emphasizing the condensation of disciplinary advantages and characteristics;strengthening institutional norms and improving resource allocation efficiency to enhance guarantee measures,thereby improving the quality of"supply".Therefore,the construction of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics requires a rational view of Western world-class universities,grasping the uniqueness of China's development of world-class universities;cultivating first-class faculty and disciplines,and nurturing world-class talents;improving institutional design and exploring scientific resource allocation models.
