摘 要:欧盟制定的《绿色能力:欧洲可持续发展能力框架》将可持续发展能力确定为“体现可持续性的价值观”“应对可持续性的复杂性”“展望可持续发展的未来”“为可持续发展采取行动”等四个关键领域,旨在为全球的可持续发展教育实践提供参照和指导。意大利博洛尼亚大学和瑞典隆德大学为了引导学生树立可持续发展价值观念、增强可持续发展知识整合能力、提升可持续发展未来想象能力、促进可持续发展合作行动能力,在校园建设、课程设置、实践应用和资源支持等方面实施了一系列举措,如改善校园环境和强化组织内部沟通、开发专门学位课程和优化基础课程、开展校园活动和实践项目、搭建合作交流平台和建设全球实践网络。以上举措的实施取得了积极的成效,两所大学因此成为欧盟区域内培养学生可持续发展能力的典型高校。The EU's GreenCompetences:The European sustainability competence framework identifies four key areas of sustainability competence:"embodying sustainabilty values,""embracing complexity in sustainability,"envisioning sustainable futures"and"acting for sustainability,"and it is designed to be a reference and guidanceforthe practice of Education for Sustainable Development around the world.The University of Bologna,Italy,and Lund University,Sweden,have implemented a series of initiatives in campus construction,curriculum,practical application and resource support in order to guide students to establish the values of sustainable development,enhance the ability to integrate knowledge of sustainable development,improve the ability to imagine a sustainable future,and promote the ability to cooperate and take action on sustainable development.These initiatives include improving the campus environment and enhancing communication within the organization,developing specialized degree courses and optimizing the basic curriculum,launching campus activities and practical projects,establishing platforms for cooperation and building global practice networks.The implementation of the above initiatives has yielded positive results,and as a result the two universities have become typical universities in the European Union for fostering students'sustainability competence.
