摘　　要：目的:调查比较用人单位、在校生对医学生职业能力构成的认知和重要性评价差异,就提升医学生职业素养和社会适应能力,培养高水平应用型医学人才提出对策建议。方法:采用便利抽样法,对135名用人单位代表、1843名医学生开展线上问卷调查。采用滚雪球抽样法,对10名医学生、14家用人单位代表进行面对面访谈。结果:在职业能力构成的多要素中,用人单位与医学生把思想品质、自我管理能力均放在最突出重要位置。后疫情时代,应对突发状况解决问题的能力、正确应对压力的能力更受需方重视。通过供需双方的对比发现,当前在校生对人际关系能力、就业意愿等存在重要性认知不足。结论:高校应以适应用人单位需求为导向,专业知识和深入实践并重,不断提升医学生岗位胜任力。Objective:To investigate and compare the differences in the cognition and importance evaluation of the composition of medical students'occupational ability between employers and students in school,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving medical students'occupational literacy and social adaptability,and cultivating high⁃level applied medical talents.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to conduct online questionnaire surveys on 135 employer representatives and 1843 medical students.A snowball sampling method was used to conduct face⁃to⁃face interviews with 10 medical students and 14 employer representatives.Results:Among the multi⁃elements of occupational ability composition,both employers and medical students put ideological quality and self⁃management ability in the most prominent and important position.In the post⁃epidemic era,the ability to deal with sudden problems,the ability to deal with stress correctly is more valued by the demand side.By comparing the supply and demand sides,it is found that the current students in school have insufficient awareness of the importance of interpersonal skills and employment willingness.Conclusion:Colleges and universities should be oriented to meet the needs of employers,focus on both professional knowledge and in⁃depth practice,and continuously improve the post competence of medical students.
