摘　　要：综合性医科大学既拥有西医优势学科和教育教学资源,同时具有厚重的中医药文化基础和学科人才优势。深刻剖析目前综合性医科大学中医药人才培养中普遍存在中医经典学习不够系统、实践能力不足及创新能力有待提高等一些共性问题,结合习近平总书记对中医药工作作出的“传承精华,守正创新”重要指示,本文以我校开办“名老中医传承班”为例,在着重阐述中医人才培养的核心理念与路径创新的基础上,创新性地提出综合性医科大学构建新型中医创新人才培养的“三重四结合”模式,以期为中医创新人才培养提供借鉴与新的范式。Comprehensive medical universities not only have the advantages of western medicine disciplines and education and teaching resources,but also have a profound foundation of traditional Chinese medicine culture and discipline talent advantages.This paper deeply analyzes some common problems in the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents in comprehensive medical universities,such as the lack of systematic study of traditional Chinese medicine classics,insufficient practical ability and the need to improve innovation ability.Combined with General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the work of traditional Chinese medicine,“inheriting the essence and keeping upright and innovative”,this paper takes the opening of the“Famous Old Chinese Medicine Inheritance Class”in our university as an example,focusing on the core concept of traditional Chinese medicine talent training and path innovation,and innovatively proposes a“triple and quadruple combination”model for comprehensive medical universities to build a new type of traditional Chinese medicine innovation talent training.In order to provide reference and new paradigm for the cultivation of innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
