摘 要:目的:探讨外刊阅读教学对医学生人文关怀认知和能力的培养效果。方法:选择2019级医学专业2个班级作为研究对象。2020年3月至2021年1月,随机选择其中一个班级(共57人)作为试验组,另一个班级(共59人)作为对照组。两组授课均采用相同的大学英语教材,试验组在此基础上增加外刊阅读(与医学相关)教学内容。采用人文关怀认知和人文关怀能力量表对两组学生进行评价。结果:试验组学生的人文关怀认知水平相较于对照组有一定的提高[(107.44±10.923)vs(102.39±13.238),P=0.027]。两组学生人文关怀能力没有显著差异。结论:医学外刊阅读教学可以在一定程度上提高医学生的人文关怀认知水平。Objective:To explore the effect of foreign journal reading teaching on the cultivation of humanistic care awareness and capability in medical students.Methods:Two classes of 2019 medical students were selected as the research subjects.From March 2020 to January 2021,one class(57 students)was randomly selected as the experimental group,and the other class(59 students)served as the control group.Both groups used the same university English textbook,but the experimental group received additional foreign journal reading(related to medicine)as part of their teaching.Humanistic care awareness and capability were evaluated using relevant scales for both groups.Results:The experimental group showed a certain improvement in humanistic care awareness compared to the control group(107.44±10.923 vs.102.39±13.238),with P=0.027.There was no significant difference in humanistic care capability between the two groups.Conclusion:Teaching with medical foreign journals can improve the humanistic care awareness of medical students to some extent.
