信贷资源配置的碳减排效应研究

摘　　要：构建包含碳排放与信贷资源配置的内生增长模型,采用2001—2019年的省级面板数据考察信贷资源配置的碳减排效应及其作用机制。研究发现:首先,信贷资源优先向绿色环保企业配置,有利于降低碳排放水平。其次,信贷资源配置的碳减排效应存在显著的区域及环境意识异质性,信贷资源配置更容易促进东部地区、高环境意识水平地区的碳减排。最后,信贷资源配置通过缩小环境规模效应和扩大技术效应降低碳排放。因此,要积极引导信贷资源流向绿色环保行业,鼓励支持绿色技术创新,统筹好碳减排与经济增长之间的关系,因地制宜制定碳减排相关政策,推动“双碳”目标的实现。An endogenous growth model that includes carbon emissions and credit resource allocation was constructed.It also examines the carbon emission reduction effect of credit resource allocation and its mechanism of action using provincial panel data from 2001 to 2019.The study found that,firstly,prioritizing the allocation of credit resources to green enterprises is conducive to reducing the level of carbon emissions.Second,there is significant regional and environmental awareness heterogeneity in the carbon emission reduction effect of credit resource allocation,and credit resource allocation is more likely to promote carbon emission reduction in the eastern region and regions with high environmental awareness level.Finally,credit resource allocation reduces carbon emissions by reducing environmental scale effects and expanding technological effects.Therefore,it is necessary to actively guide the flow of credit resources to green industries,encourage support for green technological innovation,coordinate the relationship between carbon emission reduction and economic growth,and formulate carbon-emission-reduction-related policies in accordance with local conditions,so as to promote the realization of the"dual-carbon"goal.
