摘  要:目的:探讨基于微信平台的同伴支持教育模式对初诊心力衰竭患者自我管理行为的影响。方法:选取徐州市中心医院心内科2022年1~12月收治的初诊心力衰竭患者100例,采用单数、双数分组法随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组50例实施常规健康教育护理措施,干预组50例实施基于微信平台的同伴支持教育护理措施。于干预前、干预6个月后,对患者健康行为、社会支持及心功能水平等变化情况进行观察分析。结果:干预前,两组患者健康护理行为、社会支持、心功能等比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预6个月后,干预组健康护理行为总评分(54.22±1.41)分高于对照组的(53.49±1.39)分;干预组主观支持(18.21±1.39)分、客观支持(18.23±1.45)分及支持利用度(19.22±1.39)分等社会支持得分高于对照组的(17.49±1.42)分、(17.48±1.41)分及(18.47±1.36)分;干预组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、六分钟步行距离试验(6MWD)等心功能水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对初诊心力衰竭患者实施以微信平台为载体的同伴支持教育护理干预,协助患者养成健康的生活与护理管理行为习惯,增强患者社会支持水平,提高心功能各项指标。Objective:To explore the influence of peer support education model based on WeChat platform on self-management behavior of newly diagnosed heart failure patients.Methods:A total of 100 newly diagnosed patients with heart failure admitted to the department of cardiology of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education nursing interventions,while the intervention group received peer support education nursing interventions based on WeChat platform.The changes of health behavior,social support and cardiac function were observed and analyzed before intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in health care behavior,social support and cardiac function between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the health care behavior score was(54.22±1.41)points,which was higher than the(53.49±1.39)points in the control group.The social support scores of the intervention group[(18.21±1.39)points of subjective support,(18.23±1.45)points of objective support and(19.22±1.39)points of suport utilization]were higher than those of the control group[(17.49±1.42)points,(17.48±1.41)points and(18.47±1.36)points].The cardiac function levels of left ventricular end-diastolic dimentsion(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and 6-minute walking distance(6MWD)in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of WeChat-based peer support education and nursing intervention for patients with newly diagnosed heart failure can help patients develop healthy life and nursing management behavior habits,enhance the level of social support of patients,and improve the indicators of cardiac function.
