摘　　要：目的:探讨新型吸唾管(专利号:ZL 201821909277.6)在口腔多学科系列治疗中的研究及应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2022年10月吉林大学口腔医院符合条件的患者232例,按照学科进行分组,每个学科组再随机分成干预组和对照组。干预组采用新型吸唾管进行护理四手操作配合。对照组采用传统吸唾管进行护理四手操作配合,采用SPSS 21.0统计软件对治疗时间、患者舒适度、临床应用效果进行分析。结果:各学科组的干预组治疗时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);新型吸唾管在保持医生视野清晰度和护士操作节力性两方面明显优于传统吸唾管,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);新型吸唾管的应用,不仅提升了患者的舒适度,而且提高了医护满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型吸唾管在口腔多学科系列治疗中,能够明显缩短治疗时间,提升工作效率,增进患者的舒适度,提高医护满意度。Objective:To explore the research and application of a new type of saliva suction tube(Patent No.:Zl 201821909277.6)in multi-disciplinary treatment of oral cavity.Methods:A total of 232 eligible patients in the Stomatological Hospital of Jilin University from January 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the discipline,and each discipline group was randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group used the new saliva suction tube for four-handed nursing operation,while the control group used the traditional saliva suction tube for four-handed nursing operation.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the treatment time,patient comfort and clinical application effect.Results:The treatment time in the intervention groups of each discipline was shorter than that in the control groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The new suction tube was significantly better than the traditional suction tube in keeping the clarity of doctors'vision and saving the strength of nurses′operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of the new suction tube not only improved the comfort of patients,but also improved the satisfaction of medical care,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The new scution tube can obviously shorten the treatment time,improve the work efficiency,enhance the comfort of patients and improve the satisfaction of medical care in the multi-disciplinary oral treatment series.
