摘 要:心血管疾病是全球首要的致死原因,随着冠脉搭桥手术患者人数逐年递增,影响患者术后康复的低氧血症护理也越来越受到关注。随着近代科学技术的不断更新,应用肺部超声技术,可以从患者实际病情出发,动态评估制定个体化护理方案,实现动态评估-诊断-护理的精准模式,更有助于患者的快速康复。本文就肺部超声技术在冠脉搭桥术后低氧血症患者精准护理的应用进行综述,以期为冠脉搭桥术后低氧血症患者的康复提供护理实践依据、新思路和新策略。Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide,and with the increasing number of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting,the care of hypoxemia,which affects patients′recovery after surgery,has received increasing attention.With the continuous update of modern science and technology,the application of lung ultrasound technology can dynamically evaluate and formulate individualized nursing plans based on the actual condition of patients,and realize the accurate model of dynamic assessment-diagnosis-nursing,which is more conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.This article reviewed the application of lung ultrasound technology in precision nursing of patients with hypoxemia after coronary artery bypass grafting,in order to provide nursing practice basis,new ideas and new strategies for the rehabilitation of patients with hypoxemia after coronary artery bypass grafting.
