摘 要:采用固定床与红外烟气分析仪对白云鄂博稀土尾矿和钢渣在不同温度段(600℃~1000℃)催化CO燃烧的性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:在稀土尾矿和钢渣作用下CO的转换率都得到提高,说明稀土尾矿和钢渣的添加强化了CO催化燃烧作用,从而提高了CO的燃烧效率,并且其催化性能也随温度升高而升高。与钢渣相比,稀土尾矿在600℃~900℃温度范围内表现出较好的催化性能,说明稀土元素Ce与Fe_(2)O_(3)间具有良好的协同作用;钢渣则在900℃~1000℃表现出比稀土尾矿更好的催化性能,在1000℃时能实现91.3%的CO转换率。The performance of the catalytic CO combustion of Bayan Obo rare earth tailings and steel slag at different temperature ranges(600℃~1000℃)was investigated by using a fixed bed and infrared flue gas analyzer,and the results showed that the conversion rate of CO was improved under the action of both rare earth tailings and steel slag,indicated that the addition of rare earth tailings and steel slag enhanced the catalytic CO combustion,thus improving the combustion efficiency of CO,and their catalytic performance both increased with increasing temperature.Compared with steel slag,rare-earth tailings showed better catalytic performance in the temperature range of 600℃~900℃,indicating good synergy between rare-earth element Ce and Fe_(2)O_(3);steel slag showed better catalytic performance than rare-earth tailings in the range of 900℃~1000℃,and it could achieve 91.3%CO conversion rate at 1000℃.
