摘  要:研究了不同含量Yb(x=0,0.5%,1.0%和1.5%,质量分数)对压铸Mg-9Al-0.6Zn-0.2Mn合金显微组织和性能的影响。通过X射线衍射分析、维氏硬度测试、拉伸性能测试、金相微观组织观察、扫描电镜、透射电镜及能谱分析表明,压铸Mg-9Al-0.6Zn-0.2Mn合金中添加Yb后,除了α-Mg和连续网状的β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相之外,在晶界附近还生成了新的Al_(2)Yb相,且随着Yb含量的增加,合金组织明显细化。添加1%Yb的合金具有最佳的室温和高温(150℃)综合力学性能,添加1.5%Yb合金具有较高的显微硬度。通过添加Yb在晶界处新生成了Al_(2)Yb热稳定相,由Al_(2)Yb相产生的第二相强化、晶粒细化引起的细晶强化和添加稀土元素引起的固溶强化的共同作用提高了合金的力学性能。The effect of Yb on the microstructures and mechanical properties of die-casting Mg-9Al-0.6Zn-0.2Mn alloys containing varied contents of xYb(x=0,0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%,mass fraction)was studied.X-ray diffraction,microhardness test,tensile properties tests,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy were used to analyze microstructures and mechanical properties.The results show that new Al_(2)Yb phase is formed near the grain boundary after Yb is added to the die-casting Mg-9Al-0.6Zn-0.2Mn alloys.The microstructures of the alloy are composed ofα-Mg,continuous networkβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase and Al2Yb phase,and obviously refined with the increase of Yb content.The alloy with 1%Yb has the best comprehensive mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature(150℃)and the alloy with 1.5%Yb has the highest microhardness.The improvement of the mechanical properties is mainly due to the grain boundary strengthening caused by the aggregation of the newly formed thermal stability Al_(2)Yb phase at the grain boundary,grain refinement strengthening caused by grain refinement and the solid solution strengthening caused by rare earth addition.
