不同硒源对鲫鱼生长性能影响的研究

摘  要:为研究饲料中添加不同硒源对鲫鱼幼鱼生长性能的影响,本试验选取480尾鲫鱼,按照单因素实验设计原则,分配到4个处理组中,每组包含4个重复,每个重复30尾鲫鱼。对照组鲫鱼饲喂基础饲料,试验组鲫鱼分别饲喂含有0.5 mg/kg酵母硒、蛋氨酸硒及亚硒酸的试验饲料。试验周期为4周。结果显示,与对照组相比,鲫鱼饲喂亚硒酸钠、酵母硒及蛋氨酸硒均可以显著提高试验末重、增重率、特定生长率(P<0.05),且酵母硒组和蛋氨酸硒组鲫鱼的试验末重、增重率、特定生长率高于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05);鲫鱼饲喂亚硒酸钠、酵母硒及蛋氨酸硒均可以显著降低饲料系数(P<0.05),且酵母硒组和蛋氨酸硒组鲫鱼的饲料系数低于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05)。各组成活率100%。结果表明,鲫鱼养殖中添加亚硒酸钠、酵母硒及蛋氨酸硒3种不同硒源,均可以提高鲫鱼的生长性能,且酵母硒和蛋氨酸硒的养殖效果优于亚硒酸钠。The purpose of the experiment is to study the effect of different selenium sources on the growth performance of crucian carp and determine the suitable selenium source in crucian carp breeding.480 crucian carp were assigned to four treatment groups,each containing four replicates and 30 crucian carp each.The control group gave crucian carp were fed basic feed,and the experimental group gave experimental feed containing O.5mg/kg yeast selenium,methionine selenium and selenenic acid.The test period was 4 weeks.The test results showed that,compared with the control group,sodium selenite,yeast selenium and methionine selenium could significantly improve the final weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate(P<0.05),and the final weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of the group(P<0.05)significantly reduced the feed coefficient(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient of yeast group and methionine group was lower than sodium selenite group(P<0.05).The survival rate of each group was 100%.The study shows that the addition of sodium selenite,yeast selenium and methionine selenium in crucian carp can improve the growth performance of crucian carp,and the breeding effect of yeast selenium and methionine selenium is better than that of sodium selenite.
