摘 要:铝合金具有密度低、铸造性良好、比强度高和耐腐蚀性好等优点,主要应用于汽车工业及航空航天等领域。近年来,随着新能源汽车行业的快速发展,免热处理铝合金因其能够通过一体化压铸成型复杂构件且免除了后续热处理工艺,成为制备轻质高强、低成本结构件的新型材料。本文总结了免热处理铝合金的研究现状,主要基于Al-Si、Al-Mg系介绍了免热处理铝合金新材料、压铸工艺及其力学性能,并展望了免热处理铝合金的发展趋势。Aluminum alloys have advantages such as low density,good castability,high specific strength and good corrosion resistance,and are mainly used in the automotive industry and aerospace fields.In recent years,with the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry,non-heat treated(NHT)aluminum alloys have become a new type of material for preparing lightweight,high-strength and lowcost structural components due to their ability to form complex components through integrated die casting without the need for subsequent heat treatment processes.This article summarizes the research status of non-heat treated aluminum alloys,mainly introducing new materials,die casting processes and mechanical properties of non-heat treated aluminum alloys based on Al-Si and Al-Mg series.It also looks forward to the development trend of non-heat treated aluminum alloys.
