石墨/Cr_(3)C_(2)增强镍基复合材料的力学性能及摩擦学特性

摘  要:采用热压烧结工艺制备了不同Cr_(3)C_(2)含量的石墨/Cr_(3)C_(2)共增强镍基复合材料,探究了不同Cr_(3)C_(2)含量的复合材料的微观结构、力学性能和摩擦性能。结果表明:热压烧结制备的镍基复合材料致密无孔隙,Cr_(3)C_(2)和石墨均匀分布于基体内部,异质界面结合良好。随着Cr_(3)C_(2)含量的增加,复合材料的割裂程度增加,硬度增加,但强度降低,断裂机制为脆性断裂。摩擦过程中,石墨具有良好的润滑作用,但Cr_(3)C_(2)造成磨粒磨损,且随着Cr_(3)C_(2)含量的升高,复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率显著升高。Graphite/Cr_(3)C_(2) co-reinforced nickel-based composites with different Cr_(3)C_(2) contents were prepared using hot pressing sintering technology,and microstructure,mechanical properties and friction properties of the composites with different Cr_(3)C_(2) contents were investigated.The results show that the nickel-based composites prepared by hot pressing sintering is dense and pore free,with Cr_(3)C_(2) and graphite evenly distributed inside the matrix,and good heterojunction interface bonding.With the increase of Cr_(3)C_(2) content,the degree of cutting of the composites increases,the hardness increases,but the strength decreases,and the fracture mechanism is brittle fracture.During the friction,the graphite has a good lubricating effect,but the Cr_(3)C_(2) causes abrasive wear,and with the increase of Cr_(3)C_(2) content,the friction coefficient and wear rate of the composites significantly increase.
