摘  要:采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,在变形温度为300~400℃、应变速率为0.05~5 s^(-1)、变形量为30%的条件下对AZ31B/5052双金属进行了单向热压缩试验,研究了其热变形行为,并建立了其本构模型及热加工图。结果表明,在相同的应变速率下,AZ31B/5052双金属的峰值应力随变形温度的升高而降低;在相同的变形温度下,峰值应力随应变速率的增大而增加;使用建立后的本构方程计算的流变应力值与试验的流变应力值有良好的一致性(相关系数r=0.9823和平均相对误差AARE=4.12%),可用于镁/铝双金属热加工过程的数值模拟和工艺参数的确定;根据热加工图和线扫描图谱,确定AZ31B/5052双金属最优的热加工工艺为:变形温度为380~400℃,应变速率为0.05~0.135 s~(-1)。A unidirectional hot compression test was conducted on AZ31B/5052 bimetallic using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine under the conditions of deformation temperature of 300-400℃,strain rate of 0.05-5 s^(-1)and deformation amount of 30%,its thermal deformation behavior was studied,and its constitutive model and thermal processing diagram were established.The results show that at the same strain rate,the peak stress of the AZ31B/5052 bimetallic decreases with the increase of deformation temperature.At the same deformation temperature,the peak stress increases with the increase of strain rate.The flow stress values calculated using the established constitutive equation is in good agreement with the experimental flow stress values(correlation coefficient r=0.9823 and average relative error AARE=4.12%),which can be used for numerical simulation of magnesium/aluminum bimetallic thermal processing processes and determination of process parameters.Based on the thermal processing diagram and line scanning pattern,the optimal thermal processing process for the AZ31B/5052 bimetallic is determined to be:deformation temperature of 380-400℃,and strain rate of 0.05-0.135 s^(-1).
