摘  要:随着电力系统中非线性负荷的增加,电力变压器在工作过程中承受的漏磁场显著增强,这严重影响了变压器的抗短路能力。近年来,抗短路能力不足导致的变压器损坏事件频发,凸显了准确预测变压器抗短路能力的重要性。该文深入分析了变压器在不同短路工况下的短路电流和电磁力的计算原理,并介绍了一种基于WELDINST软件的变压器抗短路能力校核系统。该系统能够根据110 kV和220 kV电力变压器的原始设计参数以及返厂检修后的设计参数,对变压器的抗短路能力进行精确校核。通过该系统的应用,不仅可以提前识别变压器抗短路能力的潜在风险,还能有效管控新入网主变压器的质量。本文的分析结果显示,运用WELDINST技术对变压器的抗短路能力进行校核,为电网企业提供了一种有效的手段来实现新入网变压器的品控。With the significant increase of nonlinear loads in the power system,the leakage magnetic field borne by power transformers during operation is significantly enhanced,which seriously affects the short-circuit resistance of transformers.In recent years,frequent incidents of transformer damage due to insufficient short-circuit resistance have highlighted the importance of accurately predicting the short-circuit resistance of transformers.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the calculation principles of short-circuit current and electromagnetic force in transformers under different short-circuit conditions,and introduces a transformer short-circuit resistance verification system based on the WELDINST software.This system can accurately verify the short-circuit resistance of transformers based on the original design parameters of 110kV and 220kV power transformers,as well as the design parameters after factory maintenance.Through the application of this system,potential risks of transformer short-circuit resistance can be identified in advance,and the quality of newly connected main transformers can be effectively controlled.The analysis results of this article show that the use of WELDINST technology to verify the short-circuit resistance of transformers provides an effective means for power grid enterprises to achieve quality control of newly connected transformers.
