摘 要:当前,地下水导致地下室上浮的工程事故频发,轻则导致地下室涌水、底板开裂,影响地下室的使用,重则剪断柱子,危及建筑物安全。抗浮水位的合理取值不仅能节省工程造价,还能保障建筑物正常使用。山区建筑抗浮水位的取值不同于平原地区,其受地形地貌、场地周边河流、地下水位的影响,需综合考虑抗浮水位的取值。文章结合贵州工程实例,探讨了贵州山区抗浮水位的合理取值。At present,the engineering accidents of basement floating caused by groundwater occur frequently,which leads to water gushing and fl oor cracking in the basement,affecting the use of the basement;or cuts the column and endangers the safety of the building.The reasonable value of the anti-floating water level can not only save the engineering cost,but also ensure the normal use of the building.The value of anti-floating water level of buildings in mountainous areas is different from that in plain areas.It is affected by topography,rivers around the site and groundwater level,so it is necessary to comprehensively consider the value of anti-fl oating water level.Based on the engineering example in Guizhou,this paper discusses the reasonable value of anti-fl oating water level in Guizhou mountainous area.
