摘 要:文章以成都市某深大基坑排桩支护施工为背景,研究了一种深大基坑排桩支护的新型绿色泥浆循环施工技术。该技术主要由新型泥浆循环系统内的泥浆沟、降水井、沉淀池等组成,由泥浆沟形成环形通路,代替传统泥浆池。工程实践表明,相较于传统的泥浆沟,该绿色泥浆循环系统不仅减少了泥浆池的数量,减少了土壤消耗和占地空间,而且采取化学泥浆,解决了钻孔过程中的漏浆、塌孔问题,重点对两个沉淀池泥浆进行净化处理,更易达到环保要求。A new type of green slurry circulation construction technology for deep and large foundation pit soldier pile wall support is studied based on the background of a deep and large foundation pit soldier pile wall support construction in Chengdu.The technology is mainly composed of slurry ditch,dewatering well and sedimentation tank in the new slurry circulation system.The slurry ditch forms a circular passage to replace the traditional slurry tank.The engineering practice shows that compared with the traditional slurry ditch,the green slurry circulation system not only reduces the number of slurry tanks,reduces soil consumption and land occupation,but also adopts chemical slurry to solve the problem of slurry leakage and collapse in the drilling process.The slurry of the two sedimentation tanks is purified,which is easier to meet the environmental protection requirements.
