大跨径PC变截面连续箱梁桥主梁裂缝成因及防治措施分析

摘　　要：大跨径预应力混凝土(PC)变截面连续箱梁桥作为公路主干线常见桥梁,其服役期间连续箱梁病害主要为顶板及底板纵向裂缝,其次为腹板斜裂缝、腹板水平裂缝、横隔板裂缝、齿板锚固区裂缝。文章分析了箱梁各类裂缝的成因,并进一步提出了有效的裂缝防治措施,以供参考。Large-span Prestressed Concrete(PC)variable cross-section continuous box girder bridge is a common bridge on the main highway.During its service period,the main diseases of continuous box girder are longitudinal cracks in the top and bottom plates,followed by oblique cracks in the web plate,horizontal cracks in the web plate,cracks in the intermediate diaphragm and cracks in the anchorage zone of the truss plate.This paper analyzes the causes of various cracks in box girder,and further puts forward eff ective crack prevention measures for reference.
