摘 要:为探索不同软土地基处理方法的优缺点,进而更好地应用于工程实际,文章以东莞市滨海湾新区湾区大道工程为背景,利用有限元软件Midas GTS建立砂井堆载预压软基处理模型和深层搅拌桩复合地基处理模型,分析两种处理方法下软土地基的沉降变形、应力变化情况及经济效益。结果表明,两种处治方法均能有效减少软土地基沉降,深层搅拌桩处治方法的沉降变形控制效果更好,工期也较短,但其造价更高。研究结果可为砂井堆载预压法及深层搅拌桩复合地基法在珠三角地区实际工程中的选择应用提供参考。In order to explore the advantages and disadvantages of diff erent soft soil foundation treatment methods,and better apply them to engineering practice,this paper takes the Bay Area Avenue engineering in Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay Area as the background,and uses the finite element software Midas GTS to establish the sand drain surcharge preloading soft foundation treatment model and the deep mixing pile composite foundation treatment model.The settlement deformation,stress change and economic benefits of soft soil foundation under the two treatment methods are analyzed.The results show that both treatment methods can eff ectively reduce the settlement of soft soil foundation,the settlement deformation control effect of deep mixing pile treatment method is better,and the construction period is shorter,but its cost is higher.The research results can provide reference for the selection and application of sand drain surcharge preloading method and deep mixing pile composite foundation method in practical engineering in the Pearl River Delta region.
