摘 要:受软土地质属性的影响,对该类环境下的深基坑进行有效支护是控制其位移发展的重要措施。为此,文章研究软土地区邻近既有建筑物深基坑支护施工技术。结合深基坑施工区域的地质情况,采用钻进旋喷搅拌的方式在桩基定位点进行钻进和喷浆同步施工。在支护结构施工阶段,采用压力钻成孔法进行施工。测试结果表明,120 d内测试深基坑四周的水平位移和纵向位移分别稳定在20 mm和21 mm以内,表现出较高的稳定性。Influenced by the geological properties of soft soil,the effective support of deep foundation pit in this kind of environment is an important measure to control its displacement development.In this regard,this paper studies the construction technology of deep foundation pit support adjacent to existing buildings in soft soil area.Combined with the geological conditions of the deep foundation pit construction area,the drilling and shotcreting synchronous construction is carried out at the pile foundation positioning point by drilling rotary jet mixing.In the construction stage of the supporting structure,the pressure drilling hole forming method is used for construction.The test results show that the horizontal displacement and longitudinal displacement around the deep foundation pit are stable within 20 mm and 21 mm respectively within 120 days,showing high stability.
