摘  要:当前,建筑领域的异形构件越来越多,形式各异。清水混凝土施工操作多依赖人工,机械化、标准化程度不高,不同的施工工艺带来的成型效果截然不同。文章以富阳科技馆工程为例,介绍了螺旋曲面清水混凝土工程施工技术的难点和施工方案的选择。利用BIM参数化设计同自动化下料设备的配合,确定异型背楞与双面板模板加固体系的施工工艺,以供参考。At present,there are more and more special-shaped components in the field of architecture with different forms.The construction operation of fair-faced concrete mostly depends on manual work,and the degree of mechanization and standardization is not high.The molding effect brought by different construction technologies is completely different.Taking Fuyang Science and Technology Museum engineering as an example,this paper introduces the difficulties of construction technology of spiral curved surface fair-faced concrete and the selection of construction scheme.By using the cooperation of BIM parametric design and automatic feeding equipment,the construction technology of special-shaped back ridge and double-sided template reinforcement system is determined for reference.
