基于集体记忆的历史文化街区再生性策略研究——以青岛里院为例

摘　　要：里院作为青岛德据时期形成的特殊居住建筑,不仅是青岛历史的组成部分,也是青岛近现代之后城市风貌的集中体现。但随着后期城市经济的飞速发展,位于老城区的里院建筑群已经无法满足居民对现代生活的需求,建筑也历经风雨逐渐老旧。因此,文章将对里院建筑进行历史与现状的分析,基于其所蕴含的过去生活的集体记忆与历史价值,抽取其中的记忆元素与建筑元素,对于其未来的改造提供相对的思考方向。As a special residential building formed during the German period of Qingdao,the courtyard is not only an integral part of Qingdao's history,but also a concentrated embodiment of Qingdao's modern urban style.However,with the rapid development of the urban economy in the later period,the courtyard complex located in the old city can no longer meet the needs of residents for modern life,and the buildings have gradually aged through wind and rain.Therefore,this paper will analyze the history and current situation of the courtyard building,extract the memory elements and architectural elements based on the collective memory and historical value of the past life contained in it,and provide a relative thinking direction for its future transformation.
