社区营造理念下旧城活力评价研究——以山西太谷古城为例

摘　　要：构建活力评价体系并对旧城进行评价可以有针对性地提出活力提升策略,提升城市更新的科学性和可实施性,符合新形势下城市更新工作需要探寻新发展模式要求。文章尝试基于社区营造理论,从人群活力、文化活力、在地特征活力、产业活力和景观活力五个层面分析影响旧城活力的因素。在此基础上,确定旧城活力评价指标,并构建评价体系,以太谷古城为例对评价模型进行实证研究。The construction of vitality evaluation system and evaluation of the old urban areas can be targeted to enhance the vitality of strategies to enhance the scientific and implementable nature of urban renewal,in line with the new situation of urban renewal work needs to explore new development model requirements.Based on the theory of community building,this study tries to quality the factors that affect the vitality of the old urban area from five aspects:crowd vitality,cultural vitality,local characteristic vitality,industrial vitality and landscape vitality.On this basis,determine the vitality evaluation index of the old city and construct the evaluation system,using Taigu Ancient City as an example to conduct an empirical study on the evaluation model.
